CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes follow the CrossFit protocol - constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity. We use periodisation, progressive overload and accessory work along with benchmark workouts, gymnastics elements, weightlifting, odd-object movements and aerobic capacity building to deliver a CrossFit program that gets new athletes fit and fit athletes fitter.

Wodybuilding

Wodybuilding brings CrossFit energy to the weights room. This class is great for anyone looking to build muscle - whether that to help with strength, aid in stability and control or for aesthetic purposes. In a Wodybuilding class you’ll encounter slow, controlled, functional movements at hypertrophy percentages and rep ranges. Ain’t nothin’ but a peanut.

Burn x HYROX

Burn x HYROX is another high-intensity fitness class that combines elements of CrossFit, racing, and functional training. In a Hyrox class, you’ll engage in a series of challenging exercises and movements designed to improve your strength, endurance, and agility. The workout typically include running, rowing, sled pushes, burpees, kettlebell swings, wall balls, and other functional exercises.
