Ireland's leading mixed team CrossFit competition. Hosting upwards of 50 teams across all divisions, Scaled, Scaled Masters, Intermediate, Intermediate Masters, RX, RX Masters, every June. Balanced programming, amazing sponsors, electric atmosphere and a community like no other. Live DJ, great food, prize money and games athletes...what more could you want from an in affiliate competition?!

A day of celebration through competition. Our own in house throwdown. Athletes and coaches join forces in 3 team of 4 workouts that are suitable for every level. You chance to show off on the grand stage in a more relaxed and familiar environment.

What's better than the sense of community you get from completing the CrossFit Open? Making it a party while you do it! To the beat set by our in house DJ, heats run throughout the day with dedicated spectator areas for your support and hype crew.

Structured to line up with both HYROX Dublin and HYROX Birmingham we run multiple full HYROX simulations throughout the year
