Getting started…

We’ve basically got two options for getting started, based on whether or not you’ve done CrossFit before.

Trained in a CrossFit or functional fitness gym before?

You’ll be able to jump right into our regular classes. You can come along for a free class to check the place out and we can talk through your membership options. Just send us an email, a text or give us a call.

We have monthly recurring memberships as well as punchcards, so we definitely have a solution for everyone.

Totally new to CrossFit?

We have a Fundamentals program that’ll bring you up to speed for our regular classes. The program takes place over 4 one-to-one sessions with one of our senior coaches, each session will last one hour and after your 4 sessions, you will receive 2 weeks of unlimited membership to test out what you learned in a group environment. Can I just come to a class to try it out?

We don’t do drop-ins or trial classes for anyone who hasn’t trained in a CrossFit gym or similar functional fitness gym before because we find that it’s not a great way to find out if you’ll like it or not. CrossFit is a constantly varied training program. Some days you’ll do your favorite kind of workout. Other days you’ll find more challenging. A one-off class just doesn’t do it justice. The magic is in the consistency, the community and the growth over time.
